In-house manufacturing in Tehran

Wheel blocks, girders, end carriages and the line equipment leave the same engineering chain. The crane is not a catalogue drop assembled from leftover kits.

    In-house manufacturing in Tehran

Sazeh Tavana Sharq cuts, welds and aligns in Tehran. The girder, the end carriages and the wheel blocks are sized on one calculation. When a plant also needs a transfer car or a KBK cell, that equipment shares the same electrical philosophy as the overhead. Catalogue import still happens when a nameplate and a duty say so. The shop does not disappear behind that crate.

    When it fits

This capability matters when the hall is not a standard bay in a brochure: odd span, mixed duty, a process that will change in three years. Bought-in hoists still sit on steel we understand. Named long-form jobs on this site are Iran Khodro and Govah; other plants stay unnamed until they are a case page.

    Duty and steel

Duty class is frozen before the torch. Camber, wheel load and brake count come from that class, not from whatever plate is in stock. In-house manufacturing is how those numbers survive contact with the shop floor.

    Interface

Runway reactions, festoon or conductor bar, pendant or radio, and the spare list leave as one pack. The civil engineer and the electrician are not left to invent the missing sheet on install week.

    Related service

The fabrication service page is the bought scope when a plant only wants steel built. This page is why the company keeps a shop at all. Demag representation is a separate history page, not a substitute for welding.
