Hook blocks
DIN 15400 / 15401, 2/1 and 4/1, sheaves and safety latches.

Hook blocks fail from neglect more than from design. We supply complete sets with covers, sheaves and the hook class that matches the hoist reeving.
When it fits
A new hoist needs a block that matches reeving. A worn hook with a stretched mouth is an inspection finding, then a parts-desk identification.
Duty and steel
Hook class follows DIN 15400 / 15401 and the hoist duty, not the paint on the old set.
Interface
Sheave groove, rope diameter and latch are one set. A 4/1 block on a 2/1 hoist is the wrong saving.
Related service
Inspection measures the mouth. Repair replaces the set. The parts desk matches the plate; supply orders when stock is not on the shelf.
