Wheel blocks (DRS / LRS / RS class)
Bolt-on travel wheels for new girders and rebuilds.

Wheel blocks are how a fabricated girder becomes a crane. DRS/DRS-M class for standard duty, LRS for compact travel, RS when stainless or high temperature shows up. We match wheel load, speed and rail, then pick the geared motor.
When it fits
New girders and rebuilds both land here. A worn wheel on an old rail is still a wheel-block job once load, speed and rail profile are known.
Duty and steel
Duty sets diameter, bearing and motor size. A process bay that cycles all shift is not the compact LRS you saw on a quiet store.
Interface
Rail type, flange, and the end-carriage bolt pattern have to agree. The geared motor is chosen after the wheel, not from a neighbour’s nameplate.
Related service
End carriages carry these blocks. The parts desk identifies a worn unit from the plate. Sourcing when the desk must order is the spare-supply service.
