Install, handover and operator training
Rails are checked, the load test is signed, and the shift operator works the pendant. Handover is a sheet plus a short training, not a folder of PDFs.
This is the last journey page: the machine leaves the shop story and becomes the plant’s crane. Training sits on the pendant. The isolator is labelled for the maintainer. It is not the installation-service page that sells lift plans and rail surveys as a standalone scope, and it is not the commissioning-service page that sells load tests and signed sheets as a bought package.
When it fits
You are here when the crane we built is on site and the shift that will live with it can attend. A Sunday install with nobody from production is a missed handover.
Duty and steel
Load test follows the duty on the drawing. Empty travel first, then load, then the customer’s part if they ask. Overload, limits and brakes get names on paper. We do not invent a lighter class because the test weights arrived late.
Interface
The operator learns the pendant or the radio on the real runway. Parking, slow-down, and the isolator location are part of the same hour. Maintenance hears which spare list belongs to this plate.
