    ATEX variants

    Explosion-proof work is a bought package: motor, brake, enclosure, cable gland, and the papers the inspector will ask for. Zone and gas or dust group come from the plant, not from a brochure. We do not convert a standard hoist with a label.

    When it fits

    Buy this service when the area classification already exists and the crane must enter that zone as a set. A mixed hall with a safe corridor still needs a written boundary.

    Duty and steel

    ATEX does not relax FEM class. A process hook in a zone still needs the duty sheet, then the Ex package on top.

    Interface

    Glands, festoon or conductor bar, radio and limits are chosen for the same zone. Mixed hardware from a safe spare bin is how the package fails.
