Commissioning
A bought commissioning package: empty travel, load test, optional product test, and a signed sheet with named people.
This page sells the test and the paper. Empty first, then load, then the plant’s own part if they ask. Overload, limit switches and brakes get signatures, not a USB stick of PDFs. It is not the journey handover page that folds training into our own install sequence, and it is not the installation cluster that sells lift plans and rail surveys.
When it fits
Buy commissioning when the crane is already in the air — ours or another shop’s — and you need a recorded test before production takes the pendant. A civil signature on reactions is assumed, not invented here.
Duty and steel
Test load follows the duty on the plate and the drawing. We do not substitute a lighter weight because the shop weights did not travel.
Interface
The sheet names who stood at the pendant, who accepted overload, and whether the product test ran. Radio pairing and limit settings are recorded if they are in the package.
