Fabrication
A bought fabrication service: girders, end trucks and shop assembly in Tehran, to the drawing you signed.
This page is the fabrication ticket: cut, weld, camber, align wheel blocks and end carriages, paint to spec. Custom span is ordinary work. It is not the journey page for shop test as a story of our own build sequence. You can buy steel here without buying the later install.
When it fits
Buy fabrication when the drawings exist and the hall needs steel from a shop that will own the camber. A kit of imported end trucks still needs a girder that matches the building.
Duty and steel
Plate thickness and wheel diameter follow the class on the drawing we were given or the class we calculated. We do not thin a girder in the shop to save paint area.
Interface
End-carriage geometry, buffer plates and motor torque arms are built to the same issue as the girder. Paint system is the project spec, including any process atmosphere named on the sheet.
